Seaview Musallah opened around 2009/2010. Five daily Salaah and Jumu'ah are performed. Daily taleem takes place. There are around 25 students in the Maktab. Weekly Gush takes place. 2-3 Jamaats per month come to Seaview. Jamaats also depart from Seaview to other areas. Occasionally, guest Ulama come are hosted by the Musallah and advise the community.
